1. Terms & Conditions

Bookings and Payments

A booking is confirmed once we receive the required deposit and send a written confirmation. A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid 60 days before the tour departure. For shorter trips (3 days or less), the balance must be paid 30 days before departure.

Prices

All prices are listed in EUR. Prices may change before a booking is confirmed. Once your booking is confirmed, the price will not change except in the case of clear pricing errors.

Cancellations and Refunds

If you need to cancel your trip, you must notify us in writing via email.

Refund policy:
• 90% refund if cancellation is received 60 days or more before departure (10% administrative fee applies).
• 75% refund if cancellation is received 59–40 days before departure.
• 50% refund if cancellation is received 39–20 days before departure.
• No refund if cancellation is received 19 days or less before departure.

This policy applies to individual bookings and private groups of up to 8 travelers. For larger groups, specific cancellation terms may apply.

Changes to Itinerary

We reserve the right to adjust the itinerary when necessary due to weather conditions, safety concerns, operational requirements, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will always aim to provide a comparable experience.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, accidents, evacuation, and personal belongings.

Health and Fitness

By booking a trip with us, you confirm that you are in appropriate physical and mental condition to participate in the activities included in the trip. If you have any medical conditions that may affect your participation, you must inform us before booking.

Passports and Travel Documents

Each traveler is responsible for ensuring they have valid travel documents, passports, visas, and any other documentation required to enter Slovenia or other destinations included in the trip.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alenka Hriberšek s.p. shall not be liable for injuries, losses, damages, delays, or additional expenses resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions, natural events, transportation disruptions, or actions of third‑party providers.

Complaints

If you experience any issues during your trip, please inform your guide or contact us immediately so we can attempt to resolve the matter promptly.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Slovenia.
